I was born and raised just outside Charlottesville, Virginia where I now reside with my wife and family. After graduating from Longwood College I returned to Albemarle High School in 1997, where I attended and have experience in numerous courses and levels. Currently I am teaching mostly 9th grade World History. I coach the girl's tennis team and am a faculty sponsor of Patriot Athletic Leaders, a student-athlete leadership group that develops character and leadership. I continue to find the job of teaching both rewarding and challenging.
